Easee Charge Up is an advanced smart charger for electric cars. The charger is Norwegian and one of the most advanced in the world. You can control the charger from anywhere with your smartphone. When charging an electric car, you don't have to worry about technical features, the Easee Lite charging station always adapts to the needs of the car, while the device produces the maximum possible available power.

About installation

A residual current device (RCD) must always be installed in the electrical panel when installing the Easee Charge Up charger.

Before installation, make sure that the power grid has enough capacity for the charging station. The installation and configuration of the device must be left to a professional electrician. If you purchase the installation from us, there will be a metered load management installation surcharge of 300e in addition to the normal installation. The installation is reasonably demanding and the installer should have experience in metered load management installation as well as Easee Equalizer installation.

When installing the Equalizer, the Modbus meter must be connected at the installation site according to the installation diagram and installation instructions supplied with the package.

It is worth choosing between direct measurement or measurement with current transformers based on the installation location. There is no difference in the properties, but there may be a difference in the speed of installation. If you order the installation from us, we will take both versions with us and see which one is more suitable at the installation location. So when ordering the installation, the choice of version does not matter.

The Easee charging station can be installed indoors or outdoors. The Equalizer must be installed in a place protected from the weather.
