Shelly 1PM Gen4 is a WiFi-controlled 1-channel 16A relay with built-in power metering (PM = Power Metering). It is designed to be installed behind a switch, socket, or light fixture, allowing easy operation and automation of lights, sockets, and all electrical devices. Thanks to its compact design, it fits into most wall and ceiling boxes.

Shelly 1PM Gen4 is easy to install and control via the Shelly Smart Control app or your favorite smart home system. Shelly devices operate 100% locally and only need a local network to function. Shelly can be used independently within the Shelly Smart Control app or with over 200 partner systems, such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Athom Homey, and many more.

Technical Specifications and Applications
The Shelly 1PM Gen4 operates on voltages of 24-30V DC or 110-240V AC1. The single switch connection is programmable for many uses. The device automatically measures power consumption, which can be monitored via the Shelly Smart Control app and utilized in automations. Applications include:

All Shelly WiFi devices have a built-in web server, which means you get a wealth of features that always work, regardless of whether you have an active internet connection or not. No gateway is needed, so you can start with just one Shelly device. Thanks to the built-in web server, Shelly has built-in memory and remembers sunrise, sunset, schedules, etc., even if the network goes down. Relays and dimmers work like ordinary impulse relays, so you can use them with ordinary switches – even without internet. All input and output connections are fully programmable and only require a local WiFi network to communicate between devices. However, we recommend maintaining an active internet connection, as it unlocks more features.

Connections

Shelly 1PM Gen4 can be connected to the internet or a local network via 2.4 GHz WiFi. In addition, the device has built-in Bluetooth, like other Pro and Plus devices, so it can be used as a gateway for Shelly Bluetooth battery-powered devices.

All Shelly devices operate locally without a connection to Shelly Cloud, but activating it is recommended to improve data storage and functionality. Devices can also communicate via MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket. All support TLS.

Also works as part of the smart Woltti system. With this system, you can control electricity consumption and car charging, for example, based on the spot price.
