The Fronius Reserva BMS (Battery Management System) is the control unit for the Fronius Reserva energy storage system, managing battery operation and communication with the inverter. It forms the core of the modular high-voltage battery system, along with the battery modules and base unit. 2-5 battery modules (DKX083) can be connected to one BMS unit.
Fronius Reserva is a powerful DC-coupled high-voltage battery for storing solar energy with minimal losses. It is flexibly expandable from two to five modules and perfectly matches Fronius hybrid inverters for maximum performance.
With a hybrid inverter, you can connect a battery storage system and become even more independent. Emergency power for all situations. With the Fronius Backup Controller & Backup Switch, you can manually or automatically switch to full backup power operation.
These cost-effective components can be easily installed without the need for additional hardware such as switch boxes.
Fronius Energy Cost Assistant uses AI to analyze solar power production, consumption, and electricity prices. It optimizes your storage strategy by charging grid electricity when tariffs are low and using it when prices rise again – directly via the Solar.web app.
Together with the Fronius GEN24 Plus inverter, you benefit from exceptional charge and discharge power, fully utilizing even short glimpses of sunlight. Thanks to its lithium iron phosphate cell chemistry, Fronius Reserva ensures a long service life and maximum safety.
