After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an order confirmation in your email within a day after confirming the order, please contact our customer service at info@autonlataus.com. If a product is missing or unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the amount or cancel the order.
Autonlataus.com is not responsible for possible costs or delivery failures if the customer has left incorrect contact information, does not read the messages we send or does not respond to them.
If you place several orders in a row, we may combine the orders into the same delivery without prior notice.
If you have selected pickup for your order, we will store the products for a week, after which we will automatically cancel the order.
Autonlataus.com is not responsible for the fact that the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond Autonlataus.com's control.
Finnish law applies to purchases made on Autonlataus.com. The consumer has the opportunity to submit a possible dispute regarding the delivery to the Consumer Disputes Board.
